Q. I don't see my category, can I create one?
A. You can email us your request to add a category that you believe may be missing or simply find another similar categorical genre. You can also place your profile in "Other".
Q. Can I update my profile?
A. Yes, you can update your personal profile via the login screen on the homepage. Enter your user id and password to access your account. You can update your profile as often as you like, whenever you like.
Q. Can I add additional features to enhance my profile?
A. Absolutely. We also suggest you take full advantage of MYUP'S services to enhance your profile and make it stand out from the rest.
Q. What other services does MYUP offer?
A. We offer a variety of services which include the following: website development, to graphic design, multimedia, various application development, consultation and other services.
Q. Can my profile be under more than one category?
A. Definitely. In fact we recommend you place your profile under more than one category, not only to show your diversity in the marketplace, but for added exposure. You can choose up to three separate categories to classify your profile under.
Q. Do I need a picture?
A. We do require all personal profilers to have a photo to accompany your profile. Business profiles have the option of using a business logo.
